The 2022 Dodge Durango has a rear-wheel drivetrain and a 293-horsepower 3.6-litre V6 base engine. When properly equipped, this year's Durango should have a maximum towing capacity of 9,000 pounds. The new Durango is a 4-door SUV that holds five passengers with a third row for extra space. It has 260 lb-ft of torque and an eight-speed automatic transmission. By upgrading to the higher trim levels, you can expect multiple V8 powertrains, along with a supercharger on the SRT Hellcat.

There will be more information as the release date nears. Still, you can expect higher trims to offer Nappa leather, powered, heated and ventilated seats with optional towing package upgrades as well.
